A Rebrand Built
for Retention

Text Affirmations was an AI texting service with broad appeal but no sharp edge. We carved out a focused extension aimed squarely at the fitness industry — and Steady Thread was born.

The positioning is simple and human: AI that assists trainers, it doesn't replace them. It keeps trainers in touch with every client, every week — personalized check-ins written from each client's goals and history, approved by the trainer, and sent as a simple text. The whole brand is built to solve the problem that quietly kills a training business: silence between sessions.

We took a general-purpose AI product and gave it a reason to exist for one audience. That meant a name, a voice, and a point of view — then the content to prove it: a campaign that speaks the language of trainers and the anxiety of losing clients.

The result is a sub-brand that feels nothing like its parent: sharp, opinionated, and impossible to scroll past. Steady Thread now has a look and a story built to convert the people it's actually for.
